Content Features

Glucosamine

- Glucosamine; It is used as an analgesic in the dysfunctions and pain of the knee area caused by osteoarthritis and in cartilage injuries by stimulating the synthesis of glycosaminoglycan, proteoglycan and hyaluronic acid.

- Glucosamine treatment has beneficial effects in preventing joint space narrowing and improving symptoms in longer term use.

- Eggshell Extract

- Green-Lipped Mussel Shell Extract

Calcium

- It is effective in reducing bone loss and maintaining bone density. It is an effective mineral in ensuring strong bone health.

Vitamin C

- Ascorbic acid plays a role in extracellular matrix production.

-It has the ability to serve as a cofactor for prolyl and lysyl hydroxylases, which are important for collagen synthesis.

- Additionally, ascorbate stimulates steady-state messenger RNA synthesis of a number of cartilage matrix components, including type I collagen, type II collagen, alpha subunit of prolyl 4-hydroxylase, lysyl hydroxylase.

- It prevents pathological cartilage disorders by antioxidant mechanism or by increasing basic cartilage matrix components.

Msn (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane)

- Msn is among the most commonly used dietary supplements for the treatment of osteoarthritis.

Chondroitin

- It provides a gradual and long-term effective treatment for the clinical symptoms of osteoarthritis.

- Its pharmacodynamic effects show that it has anti-inflammatory effects, including multiple actions, reducing catabolic reactions and enhanced anabolic (proteoglycan) synthetic reactions in cartilage, and can block osteoclast activation in bone.

Hyaluronic Acid

- It has a high and long-lasting analgesic effect on pain due to contraction of smooth muscles in the knee joint.

- It has positive effects in the treatment of osteoarthritis (cartilage loss, subchondral sclerosis, cyst formation, joint deterioration and new bone (osteophyte) formation around it).

Collagen

- It provides relief from pain-related movement difficulties, pain and loss of function in osteoarthritic patients. It is effective in reducing catabolic processes such as reducing extracellular matrix degradation in cartilage metabolism and antimetal proteinase activity.

-It also increases the biosynthesis of Type2 collagen, elastin and matrix molecules.

Magnesium Oxide

- Magnesium, which is necessary for healthy and strong bone formation, helps calcium assimilate into the bone.

Vitamin K

-It prevents osteoarthritis by activating matrix gla proteins, which inhibit bone proteins that cause joint calcifications.
