Content Features

Ginseng

Ginseng is an adaptogen, meaning it helps regulate the body's systems and restores a healthy balance. More specifically, Ginseng helps balance the release of stress hormones.

-It acts by reducing the secretion of stress hormones (adrenaline, noradrenaline and cortisol) of the adrenal glands during stress.

Ginseng helps the body cope with fatigue, stress, cold, extreme heat, hunger, mental and emotional stress.

The adaptogenic properties of the plant increase physical endurance and cause physiological changes that can help the body adapt to fatigue.

L-tryptophan

Tryptophan is an amino acid that increases serotonin levels in the body. Serotonin is a precursor to melatonin, a hormone that helps regulate sleep.

Tryptophan supplementation reduces biochemical markers of stress, especially the cortisol hormone.

Chamomile extract

-The vitamins and minerals found in chamomile oil accelerate blood circulation. With this effect, it helps relieve stress.

-Chamomile extract contains the active ingredient "apigenin". These active compounds give chamomile soothing and calming properties.

Lemon balm extract

-Lemon balm is rich in vitamin A and vitamin C, folic acid, potassium, calcium, iron, zinc, fiber and tannin. It is also rich in flavonoids.

-It is known that lemon balm herb soothes stress symptoms and helps relaxation.

Valerian extract

-It is known that valerian anesthetizes the central nervous system very slightly and relaxes the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract. It is known to be effective in modulating, balancing and adjusting brain activities.

-Valerian provides a significant increase in the serotonin hormone and provides a calming effect.

Tipton weed(Hypericum perforatum)

Tipton weed(Swordwort) has antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, antiepileptic, antibacterial, analgesic and wound healing effects. Hypericum perforatum plant has rich flavonoid content and high antioxidant activity. Hypericum species show an antioxidant activity similar to vitamin E, inhibiting free radical and lipid peroxidation.

In a study evaluating the antioxidant activity of Hypericum perforatum, it was found that SJW extracts inhibited H2O2-induced oxidative damage in the pheochromocytoma cell line and also prevented Fe2/ascorbate-induced lipid peroxidation in rat cerebral cortex mitochondria.

Blue Verbena (Verbena Hastata)

Iridoid glycoside, phenolic glycoside, flavone glycoside, biflavonoid, flavone, triterpene, sterol and naphthoquinone derivative were isolated from the plant Verbena Hastata (Verbenaceae). Biflavonoid is developed with phenolic glycosides of glyceraldehyde and collagen. This plant is expectorant, mucolytic, galactagogue, antimicrobial, antirheumatic, diuretic, and due to its high flavonoid content, it shortens the wound healing process and is responsible for increasing the epithelialization rate.

Passion Flower, Passion Flower (Passiflora)

Passiflora has been widely studied for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anxiolytic, antidepressant, and vascular and neuronal protective effects due to its polyphenol content. It is a herb rich in flavonoid C-glycosides, homoorientin, vitexin, isovitexin and orientin. This plant has been identified as a result of research on the protective effects of dietary bioactive intake against chronic non-communicable diseases (CNDCs), including cardiovascular diseases, cancers and neurodegenerative diseases.
